Dear Sir/madame
We would like to know which kind of cercificates we will need to export our goods to Russia.
We produce frozen ready meal: risotti, eggplant parmigiana, cereal salad with vegetable, side dishes (mixed vegetable, artichokes slices or stuffed artichoke hearts), spinach and ricotta cheese pie, artichoke pie, tartlets with different vegetables and cheeses fillings, typical italian dessert: chocolate salami, molten core chocolate cupcake, coffee salami (dessert made with butter, eggs, white chocolate, chopped hazelnuts, pieces of dried biscuits, few drops of rum). Dear Irma,

For export to Russia food products you have to obtain Conformity Document (Conformity certificate/Conformity Declaration).
The Declaration contains information about Russian importer of products. Do you have any importer in Russia? Every your Russian distributor has to have own declaration. Such requirement is for controlling the quality of foreign food products on the territory of Russian Federation. In case of poor quality of product or complaint from consumers, our control bodies can apply to certain Russian importer, who is carried over this product to Russia. So, he takes some responsibility for the imported products.

Documents for the homologation:
— specification of product (composition), label (in Russian) for each type of product;
— contract for delivery, information about importer (name, address, registration number);
— national/international quality certificates, test reports, certificate of origin, ISO, HACCP (that you have).

For giving you exact calculation of quantity of Declaration and their costs we need:
— composition (ingredients) for each product name;
— HS code (customs code) for each product name.
