We have a battery operated Bluetooth device which will be used for research in people’s homes for a period of a few weeks then retrieved. It won’t be sold. Does it need testing or certification?

You need certification only for import or sell on the territory of Russia and other countries of Customs union (Belorussia, Kazakhstan). If you want to import products we need information for these devices: brief technical description, HS (customs) code.
