Hi, I must send to Russia a package containing Warhammer Fantasy miniatures, and I think I may need a ROSTEST certificate. Since the product is worldwide well known, do I need to send a sample model to obtain the certificate? How can I proceed? Toys are objects of obligatory certification in Russia (and other countries of Customs Union) according Technical regulations of Custom union “For safety on toys” (TR CU 008/2011).
We need samples for testing anyway.
Please send us full list of toys with their HS codes and information about materials.
