Our company,M-Power Food Industries Pte Ltd as AVA approved manufacturer for milk powder. We wish to export our milk products to Russia. We need your help to clarify a few enquires below:
1) What are the standard procedure and what documents are required?
2) Our production facilities,which it is approval by Singapore Agri Veterinary Authority(AVA), do we need to invite your veterinary service again to inspect and approve production facilities? If YES what we need to do and who should i contact in Singapore?

Thank you for your questions!
We will be glad to help you in getting the necessary documents to export your product in Russia.

Depending on the variety of products you want to export you may need to get several required documents.
For milk products it is obligatory to get the Declaration of conformity according to the Technical Regulations of Customs Union 033/2013 «On the safety of milk products».
This Declaration can be issued only for the company registered in Russian Federation (so you need to have some representing company in the territory of Russia).

To get the Declaration you must provide our certification center with the following documents:
— founding documents (of the representing company/Russian company);
— contract between the with the manufacturer;
— the name and the address of the manufacturer
— the description of the product (range of goods, trademarks);
— The veterinary certificate (needed for milk)
— HS code of the product

All the documents could be provided in the electronic form (scans).

The Veterinary certificate must be issued in the organization called RosSelhozNadzor of the region of Russia, where the representing company/Russian company is.
We cannot issue this document. We can help you to get the Declaration of conformity and the Certificate of conformity in GOST system, which can be issued only after getting the Declaration.
