Your product is a single component material that is subject to registration with the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare (Rospotrebnadzor). Before going through the state registration procedure you must obtain Expert Conclusion in Federal Service «Russian Register of Potentially Hazardous Chemical and Biological Substances». For registration and receipt of Expert Conclusion, the following documents is needed:
— Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS);
— The technical data sheet (TDS);
— Label (label design / information to be applied to the label);
— Certificate of quality management system (ISO) or others.
All the documents must be translated into Russian.
The time of registration is about 2 months.
